All orders require 5–7 business days for processing before shipping. Please understand that we are a one-woman business operation.
The shipping carrier may take 1-2 weeks to deliver packages within Australia. We are currently working toward expanding our shipping to international customers.
Returns & exchanges
Due to our products being made to order, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges. Kindly ensure that you measure your nails accurately and review all purchase details before proceeding to checkout. If you encounter any issues with your order, we kindly request that you reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it.
Exchanges and returns will only be permitted if the error originates from our end.
